Payment is the responsibility of the company, not the individual registered for the class or seminar - If the company does not approve of this expense, registrant will be personally responsible for paying the amount due in full - Payment is due prior to class for non-members otherwise payment is due within 30 days after registration is submitted - Cancellations will be considered up to 7 business days prior to the class date and company will be charged a 20% cancellation fee - All cancellations must be received in writing and include both the date and signature of a representative from the company - No refunds will be granted for cancellations received less than 8 business days prior to class date or for no-shows - AAMD reserves the right to refuse any cancellation requests - AAMD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
