Education programs and designations of the National Apartment Association are the premier offerings for multi-family housing professionals. NAA's professional designates are a recognized and respected mark of excellence throughout the industry. Education offerings undergo intensive annual reviews and are revised as standards change and expand. Fair Housing- Basic and Advanced

The AAMD Basic Fair Housing course is a great overview of fair housing laws and compliance regulations for the on-site and management level staff. This three-hour seminar provides an introductory explanation of the Federal Fair Housing Law and targets ways in which your staff can ensure compliance. Because of the sensitive issues and complicated laws involved with Fair Housing, we offer a training almost every month. AAMD's education department alternates the Basic and Advanced Fair Housing Courses to accommodate all levels of Fair Housing understanding. An overview of the topics covered include:

The AAMD Advanced Fair Housing courses provide a more in-depth approach to Fair Housing issues in the Colorado, Metro Denver area. Advanced Fair Housing topics are geared for the management or owner /management level and aim to provide an overview of hot topics currently under legislation.
