The Apartment Association of Metro Denver and Colorado Apartment Association are working with the Colorado Housing Assistance Group which includes numerous area housing authorities, HUD, the Colorado Division of Housing, the City of Denver and many other groups to provide housing availability to recent victims of the Colorado flood.
The www.ColoradoHousingSearch.com website allows landlords and property managers to post available units and it also allows flood victims to search for housing options.

You can help your neighbors who have been displaced from their homes by listing on the state’s official housing locator service for the recovery effort, www.ColoradoHousingSearch.com. The process of listing takes about 10 minutes, one time, online or through the toll-free call center, and is completely free.
The Colorado Office of Emergency Management and the Colorado Department of Local Affairs are urging housing providers to participate in this free service, which is being used daily to place people into safe, stable housing.
