The Colorado Apartment Association has aligned with the Colorado Association of Realtors, the Colorado Housing Finance Authority, Colorado Housing Connects, and the Colorado Division of Housing to produce the Colorado Financial Assistance Guide. The Guide is a listing of over 100 agencies, nonprofits and charitable organizations in Colorado that offer a variety of resources to those in need of assistance.
Disputes–actual and potential–come in all shapes and sizes for landlords and tenants. Whether it’s a disagreement over a rent increase, late rental payment, questions regarding responsibility for repairs or return of a security deposit, rarely should lawyers and litigation be the first choice for resolving a landlord-tenant dispute.
