The AAMD Education Advisory Council (EAC) has worked hard to develop five new seminars for the spring education calendar. The EAC determined the seminars based on the feedback provided at the annual Knowledge Exchange comprised of Regional Property Managers, Marketing Directors and Trainers from management companies throughout Denver. For the second quarter in a row the average cost of renting an apartment in Denver has decreased, according to the Denver Metro Area Apartment Vacancy and Rent Report released today.
