We are so proud and excited to announce the selection of Brandon Rich and Reed Rice into the AAMD Hall of Fame! Two very deserving individuals who have both made an enormous contributions to the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and our great industry in Colorado.

Brandon and Reed will be announced and recognized at the Education Conference and Trade Show on May 25, 2022 (Conference Kickoff session) and officially inducted at June Awards Installation and Hall of Fame Dinner on June 16, 2022.

Brandon Rich

Brandon has served as leader for both AAMD (2017-2018) and CAA (2021-22) as Board President. During his tenure Brandon dramatically accelerated AAMD funding towards political initiatives, campaigns and legislative strategy to protect our industry.  As CAA president, he has emphasized the collective power of local affiliates working more unified and stronger together. As Senior Managing Director of Real Estate, Brandon is the top area leader at Greystar, which has been AAMD’s largest member for over a decade – during which Greystar has been among the most engaged members of AAMD.

Reed Rice

Reed is best known not just for his volunteerism in nearly every committee and event at AAMD, but for his consistent mentorship to Suppliers for more than 25 years.  He has always been very open and honest as he recruited new members to be engaged in the Association.  Reed spent much of his career volunteering and chairing various philanthropic projects, including the AAMD Spring Clean and Annual Charity Auction for Family Homestead.  Reed also impacted the growth of the Southern Colorado affiliate in Colorado Springs.
