Nicole Mabanag

With 25 years in the multifamily industry—including 16 years in leasing—I spent much of my career where I truly thrived. Leasing was a great fit for me and supported the work/life balance I needed at the time.

Following a successful two-year tenure as a Multi-Site Community Manager with RedPeak, in Jan. 2026, I stepped into a Senior Community Manager role with Trinity Property Consultants to oversee a key Denver acquisition. I returned to Greystar in late June 2026, which is where my leadership career began and am so excited to be back!

Outside of work, I’m the proud mom of 4 amazing kids. I love spending time at the gym, prioritizing family time, and being outdoors—especially anywhere by the water.
