Kaleene Toback

I have been connected to the multifamily industry for most of my life, beginning as a teenager working summers in my family’s real estate office. Over the course of 20 years, my family built a portfolio of single-family homes and condominiums across Western Colorado and Scottsdale, Arizona. In 2023, we strategically transitioned our holdings—selling the majority of the portfolio and shifting our focus to commercial real estate investments. Drawing on my background in both commercial and multifamily construction, I continue to oversee operations and capital improvement projects within our portfolio.
In recent years, I also had the opportunity to serve as a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Business instructor and advisor with Douglas County School District, teaching Business Marketing and Personal Finance. I am passionate about equipping the next generation with practical skills and confidence as they prepare for their future careers.
Professionally, I have experience with CORT Trade Shows and Events, where I managed logistics for specialty furniture across Colorado and Arizona. In April 2026, I transitioned into my current role as an Account Executive with CORT Furniture Rental, supporting the South Denver to South Colorado Springs markets. Returning to the multifamily space feels like coming home, and I truly enjoy reconnecting with the industry.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom of two active and creative kids—my daughter, a dedicated Girl Scout, writer, and artist, and my son, an aspiring professional ice hockey player. When I’m not cheering from the stands or helping sell Girl Scout cookies, I enjoy traveling, exploring creative arts, and finding time to recharge, aka, napping.
