2019 New Laws Workshop
In May of this year, four laws that significantly impact the Colorado Rental Housing Industry were passed. The new laws include:
- Time Period to Cure Lease Violations (HB19-1118)
- Rental Application Fairness Act (HB19-1106)
- Warranty of Habitability (HB19-1170)
- Bed Bugs in Residential Premises (HB19-1328)
Attorney Debbie Wilson will lead this discussion to be sure AAMD members are in compliance and fully understand the new laws.
