This program’s curriculum emphasizes recruiting, retaining and engaging high-performing employees. You’ll also learn how to analyze and report property and portfolio financial results, conduct due diligence and community takeovers and oversee management agreements. CAPS training will take place from April 23 - April 26 in a slam format. Students will complete the required 26 hours in the four day period and be eligible to take the exam at the completion of the program.
