Sponsorships
Sponsorships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with availability at each level tied to the number of Owner/Operators confirmed to participate in B2B meetings. To ensure sufficient meeting opportunities for sponsors, a limited number of sponsorships will initially be available. As additional Owner/Operators commit to participating, more sponsorships will be released at each level. Sponsorship availability will be updated as participation increases.
All attendees will have the opportunity for multiple one-on-one, six-minute meetings.
What to Expect:
Experience a dynamic reverse trade show and speed networking event designed to connect Supplier Partners directly with Owner/Manager decision-makers.
Owner/Manager representatives will be seated at individual tables while Supplier Partners rotate through one-on-one meetings. Each Supplier Partner will receive an assigned first appointment, followed by the opportunity to meet with additional participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that some meetings may require waiting for a specific representative to become available.
Participating Owner/Manager professionals may include Regional Managers, Construction and Capital Improvement Leaders, Operations Executives, and other key industry decision-makers.

Supplier Partners must be a Copper level sponsor or higher in order to attend the B2B portion of this event and take advantage of the meetings. Supplier Partner registrations opens Wednesday, November 18, 2026.
