Celebrating Multifamily Maintenance Professionals in Colorado!
Colorado Maintenance Mania Returns in April to the Crowne Plaza near the airport.
Maintenance Mania® Games
The event consists of several skill-based tables games based on common maintenance activities and a race car competition.
Participants build their race cars prior to the event, aiming to have the fastest and most creative car built out of maintenance supplies.
All games are timed to determine the fastest competitor in each game and overall.
Competitions Include:
- Pfister Drain Installation
- AO Smith Water Heater Installation
- Frigidaire Icemaker Installation
- Kidde Fire & Carbon Monoxide Safety
- Kwikset Key Control Deadbolt Test
- Halstead Click Lock Plank Installation
- Race Car Competition

Competitors will be given a raffle ticket upon completion of each game. The more games you participate in, the more chances you have to win!
Introducing the ROOKIE ROUNDUP
Competitors who are competing in the Mania games for the first time will sign a board at the HOME Room Booth on Vendor Row.
The Rookie with the highest overall score will win $500!*
*Rookies must complete all games in order to qualify.
