Peter Kudla

Peter served as the AAMD presdient in 1989, and throughout his career developed over 3,000 ground-up multifamily homes and operated over 10,000 unit. He was instrumental in working to overcome frivolous defect litigation, a major victory for the industry. He has also been a long-time contributor to Children’s Hospital for over 20 years.
