Tom opened the Apartment Finders International in 1971 and promptly joined AAMD. He was a huge advocate of the association and was one of the original supporters of the AAMD Vacancy and Rent Survey. Tom was very active with Family Homestead, which is AAMD’s signature charity still today. Tom lost his battle to pancreatic cancer in 2011.
