Doc Asher began his career in 1973 with the purchase of a 36-unit property in Capitol Hill. When he retired in 2015, he had bought, sold or converted 37 properties in Colorado, and 10 others in 5 states across the country. During this time, he maintained a medical practice, but the apartment industry remained his driving passion.
