Cancellation Policies

Event cancellation policy:

Attendee
Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to the event date. No refunds will be granted on cancellations received within this one week timeframe. All cancellations must be received in writing. Sponsorships
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to the event date. A 20% administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be granted on cancellations received within the 30 day timeframe.

If the event is canceled by AAMD, the customer is entitled to a full refund. If the event or program is postponed within the same year, or if the location of the event or program is changed, the customer remains committed to this commitment with the date and or location change. All Cancellations must be recieved in writing.

Education Seminar cancellation policy:

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the class date. No refunds will be granted on cancellations received within this 48-hour timeframe. All cancellations must be received in writing. Credential cancellation policy:

A 20% administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations are accepted up to 7 business day prior to the class. No refunds will be granted on cancellations received within the 7 day timeframe. All cancellations must be received in writing.
