Important details you need to know:

  • The Trade Show will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2027 at the Colorado Convention Center.

    • Exhibitor set-up will be on Tuesday, May 11, 2027.

  • Pricing can be found to the right of the floor plan. Everything is color coordinated:

    • Booths marked in black are already taken, but you can hover over the top right corner of each booth to see which companies have reserved those spaces.

    • All other colored booths are still available, but they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The quicker you return your contract with 50% deposit, the more likely you are to get your top booth choice.

    • The remaining balance is due by 2/14/27.
