IROC: Effective 2026: New Laws from the 2025 Session
The January IROC Forum will offer IROC members an overview of legislative and regulatory changes that took effect at the beginning of 2026, with a focus on issues relevant to small, independent owners in the multifamily housing industry. The discussion will broadly address policy developments that may influence property operations, workforce practices, tenant relations, and compliance responsibilities.
