WE'RE BACK!
Leadership on All Levels

It’s a new year, it’s YOUR year.  Join Sarah Turner as she delves into empowering leaders at every career stage. Her discussion will focus on grasping emotional intelligence, fueling personal passion, and underscoring how these attributes drive impactful leadership and individual growth as we embrace the new year.

  • Embracing Change and Adaptability: Utilizing the lessons from "Who Moved My Cheese?" to emphasize the importance of adapting to change in both your personal and professional life.
  • Using your passion as a driving force in uncertain times: Help leaders identify their passions and connect them with their professional roles, staying really motivated and determined, even when things are tough.
  • Understanding your EQ for Effective Leadership: Discuss the impact on managing feelings, like in 'Who Moved My Cheese?,' helps leaders deal with change. Use these ideas to make smart decisions without feelings getting in the way.
  • Empathy and Communication: Highlight the significance of empathy and effective communication every day an even more so during times of change. As a leader you don’t have to have all the answers, but it is important to communicate with your teams.
