At AllyZ EV Charging we install, own and operate level 2 EV chargers at commercial properties with no upfront costs, no project management and no operations and maintenance responsibility all for one low monthly service fee. In addition, we revenue-share with the property owners creating a new passive income stream.
Our business model is similar to 3rd party soda or snack vending services. We own and operate, leaving your staff to focus on your core business.
This sort of arrangement makes it easy on your property management and staff. We handle the project from start to finish and, once commercial, we have an obligation to maintain and repair the charging station as needed during the contract term.
