My career has been shaped by hands-on experience, particularly in the multi-family industry, where I spent 19 years at a flooring company. There, I played a key role in evaluating project needs, crafting detailed proposals, and conducting on-site assessments to ensure accurate and efficient execution—skills I continue to bring to my work every day.
