As a Regional Key Accounts Manager, I oversee the sales and marketing activities for a portfolio of clients across multiple states. I work with a team of account managers, sales directors, District Managers, and collectors to deliver high-quality service to our clients, ranging from residential to commercial.
I have over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on Multifamily, Business development, apartment acquisition, lease-up, and asset management. I have successfully managed and grown numerous assets, achieving high occupancy rates, revenue growth, and excellent client experience. I have coached and developed employees, negotiate and execute contracts, and implement operational strategies to optimize performance and efficiency. I have created and implemented policy and procedure. I am skilled in new business development, marketing, communications, public relations, social networking, and public speaking. I enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. I hold several Board Directorships, and Chair multiple Committees for numerous organizations. I have an MBA, multiple Coaching Certifications, and promise to continue building my list of accolades, as lifelong learning is always the goal.
