Exciting News! After 20 plus years in Property Management, including working with an amazing company Avenue5 Residential for the last 6 years, I have left Kota North Scottsdale. I have decided to take this next chapter in my career and go to the other side. The vendor/supplier side. I will be your new Regional Account Manager for Gorman Roofing. I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of the amazing people in my life that have helped me make this change and that have supported me . I was a Property Manager at Kota North Scottsdale with Avenue5 for 6 years. (Kota North / Kota South) 736 apartment homes and 20 team members. www.liveatkota.com. I have also completed stabilization for a lease up at Optima Sonoran Village. This community is located in Old Town Scottsdale. Included residential and commercial residents.
I have also managed several Alliance premier communities within the last 10 years with Alliance Residential. During community take overs and renovations, I increased occupancy and maintained a 10% minimum increase in revenue growth and 70% resident retention. One of proudest accomplishments is several associates were promoted to higher positions within the company due to my focus, training, experience and performance within the company. I was also on a team of Business Managers that trained new Assistant Managers to become leaders and Business managers within the company on a monthly basis.
