VIRTUAL SEMINAR: Managing a Way Forward

Tuesday, May 5, 2020
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM (MDT)

Managing a Way Forward

Our adrenaline and Type-A personalities got us through the initial weeks of the COVID-19 crisis. Then came a posture of leaning in and problem-solving to extreme degrees with unmitigated devotion to our teams, our families and our communities. As experienced professionals, you juggled this complexity while also wondering about your own health and economic security. If the “fight or flight” syndrome has left you weary and wondering how life looks on the other side of the mountain, this webinar is for YOU.  First, know that you are not alone and secondly, join your colleagues for an engaging webinar that unpacks new possibilities and opportunities for navigating a new normal.  Our time together will offer the following outcomes:

  • Resetting your own mental mindset
  • Developing a more authentic communication plan
  • Critiquing policies that lessen bureaucracy and support agile workplaces
  • Maintaining work/life integration, not balance
  • Supporting more respectful, diverse and inclusive workgroups
