Mentoring into New Dimensions (MIND)

On June 6, the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) launched Mentoring into New Dimensions (MIND), a mentorship initiative connecting young talent in the multifamily housing sector with industry veterans, helping them nurture the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Spearheaded by AAMD’s Inclusion and Diversity Committee, MIND will
provide a starter guide to mentees on promoting and celebrating diversity and inclusion in multifamily housing.
