2020 Membership Challenge: January 28 - May 7
The AAMD Membership Challenge is on and our goal is simple. 100 New Members in 100 Days. (January 28 - May 7)

For each new member you refer, you win 100 AAMD Bucks!
What is "AAMD Bucks"?
An "AAMD Buck" is simply credit towards any AAMD program, event, sponsorship, etc. You can use it towards anything like a PowerLunch, your Trade Show booth, continuing education, credentials, advertising and more.
The only exceptions is third party programs (Career Center, online forms, etc) and membership dues.
How Do I Get Credit for New Members I Refer?
Simple! When the new member fills out the AAMD application online, they must put down your name in the Application where it asks: "If a Current Member Referred You, Please Specify Below."
After we receive the application and it is approved, we will reach out to you and find out how you'd like to spend your AAMD Bucks!
How Can I Recruit?
There are lots of ways to recruit new members. Here are a few ideas:
- Use social media! Post referral posts on your personal and company accounts, and just make sure they reference you in the referred section of their application.
- Reach out to your suppliers/vendors that are not members. Members use members because supplier members support the Multi Family Industry.
- Reach out to family members, friends and clients that own rental property. Our legal handbook and forms are just a few great benefits they will enjoy as members.
- Do you have sales people contacting you for business. Your first question should be “are you a member of the Apartment Association?” Again, members use members.
