26th Annual Community Employment Day Career Fair

Felisha Austin and Gabe Sanchez, of Willow Bridge Property Company, proudly represented the AAMD at the 26th Annual Community Employment Day Career Fair, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to building a workforce that reflects and supports the diverse communities we serve.

As Chair of the AAMD Inclusion & Diversity Committee, Felisha emphasized our dedication to being a trusted resource within the community while promoting opportunities through ProApartments.com.

Together, they engaged with approximately 200 attendees, introducing them to the multifamily industry, from leasing and maintenance roles to corporate operations career paths, while highlighting the significant growth potential available.

Attendees also learned about our training programs and six-week apprenticeship opportunity, designed to equip individuals with the skills needed to build successful, long-term careers in the industry.
