Angel Davila Recognized as NAA Maintenance Legend

Congratulations to Angel Davila of Monarch Investments, for being recognized as an NAA Maintenance Legend earlier this year.

Angel Davila began his career 19 years ago as a groundskeeper and most recently shifted from being a national maintenance trainer to a maintenance rover for the state of Colorado. He’s been awarded as the NAA 2019 CAMT of the year, 2018 Texas maintenance professional of the year and served on the Austin Apartment Association board of directors for 3 years. Mr. Davila has certified hundreds of technicians in CPO, EPA and CAMT and his steadfast dedication has helped thousands of residents be comfortable in their apartment homes. On one occasion Angel went above and beyond during a flood and himself and his colleagues were trapped along with the residents. After saving a man from his vehicle that was about to get washed away he took him in the office and got everyone including residents Whataburger through chest deep waters.

Angel is also a USMC veteran.
