Revival on Platte, developed by Mortenson and managed by Greystar, opened its doors in May of 2025. Located in a designated Opportunity Zone, the community is nestled along the South Platte River just south of Empower Field at Mile High. The community was carefully crafted to celebrate art and design, showcasing murals and installations by ArtLifting, artists with disabilities throughout the building, including the coworking space with individual offices.
