If elected, I pledge to advance the mission of AAMD and serve our members' collective success with passion. I am eager to contribute to our industry's growth and evolution over the next two years, extending through June 30, 2026.

Thank you for this opportunity. Let's embark on this journey together.
AAMD Members, I am honored to be a nominee for the AAMD Board of Directors.  I believe that my passion and drive for impact in our industry makes me the ideal candidate for this role.  I have been in the industry for 24 years. I started as a leasing agent with Carmel Companies while being a single mom and going to college.   During that time, I learned to love the leasing process, sales, and helping people of all walks of life find quality housing.  My passion for people and quality affordable housing continued to grow as did my career.  I pride myself in being a well-rounded industry leader with experience in all aspects of our business from Affordable (LIHTC) communities, to value-add communities and lease ups.   My passion is in the people!!  I take pride in mentoring and being a part of my teams' growth, helping develop team members for growth in their careers gives me great pleasure.   Their Success is my Success has always been my motto!

Today, I am the Regional Vice President at Asset Living Mountain Region.  In this role, I have the opportunity to support 3-4 regional managers, oversee approximately 20 assets, and 11 ownership groups.   In addition, I am the RVP for the Mountain Regions Affordable Housing, where I am spearheading, adding in-house compliance to our region.

This is a difficult time in our state and for our industry.  My goal as a Board member is to be a voice, an active participant who makes a difference.  My passion for our industry and affordable housing has always been based on my desire to make a positive impact.  As our state continues to face legislative challenges and market changes, I have vowed to be a part of positive change and impact for my company, for our industry and for all of you as AAMD members.    .

What an honor to be nominated to the Board of Directors for the AAMD!
As the regional maintenance director for CONAM Management Corporation’s Colorado region since 2013. I have assumed responsibility for completion of preventative maintenance projects and checklists and assisted with capital construction, safety training, and supervision and management of maintenance activities across several multifamily properties in Colorado.  Prior to my employment with CONAM, I was employed by Carmel, in Denver, Colorado, as a regional maintenance supervisor, among other roles within the company over 17 years.
My 30 years+ of construction and maintenance experience brings to the AAMD another “Maintenance” oriented point of view. I would continue to provide insight into the physical needs that may need to be detailed when discussing the new laws, etc. that come through
other committees at the Apartment Association. My perspective of the R&M, capital and other
aspects in the multi-family industry are a viewpoint sometimes not gleaned. Our understanding of the labor, training, and logistical challenges in our field will also be represented with my term of service.
With regards to a continued devotion of the Maintenance Team Members that push through
the day-to-day activities that in some cases are less than ideal. My intent will be a continuation
of supporting the Maintenance Mania legacy we have in our State. And to promote the
education, team building and achievements the maintenance team members are so much a
part of. In turn spreading knowledge to our maintenance teams through the education,
events, and other avenues awarded to members of the AAMD.
In closing, I feel that I have been a small part in making the maintenance voice be heard and
would greatly appreciate your vote to continue in this fashion as a member of the Board..
