Over the course of my career, no book has had a greater influence in the way I look at driving extraordinary customer service than The Fred Factor by Mark Sanborn. Mark’s book tells the story of how he was influenced by his mail carrier while living in the Denver suburbs many years ago. The mail carrier's smile, engagement and overall attitude inspired Mark to write this book on customer service in order to inspire others to become "Freds" in their respective fields.
For many years now, every new employee I hire at Legacy Partners receives this book. That's how strongly I believe in Fred's story and Mark's message, and I’m pleased to announce that Mark Sanborn will be the Keynote Speaker at AAMD's Education Conference and Trade Show on May 24th.
The Keynote Luncheon at AAMD's annual Education Conference and Trade Show is always a highlight for my team, and I do my best to send as many people as possible to be inspired and recharged.
This year will be no different. I'm bringing my team to learn from Mark because customer service is among the most important skills that we, as an industry, must master in order for us to continue to keep our residents happy and our apartment homes occupied.
