Based on the 2019 Multifamily Benchmark Survey by Grace Hill it was found that industry Credentials such as NALP, CAM, CAMT and CAPS are becoming more and more recognized by employers. 57 percent recognize credentials through a preference in hiring, 38 percent through promotions and 34 percent with raises. In an industry with such vast talent, this is great way to stand out and set yourself apart.
